The messages that help most are specific: which country or situation page, what looked wrong or missing, and — if you have one — the source you're comparing it against (a recent trip, a local friend, an official guideline you've seen). "This feels off" is useful too, but a specific correction gets fixed faster than a general one. Every message reaches a real person, not a shared inbox that gets triaged by volume; expect a reply, not silence.

This form is also the right place for press or partnership questions, and for reporting anything broken on the site itself — a dead link, a calculator returning an obviously wrong number, or a page that fails to load.
